I had to re-load DD poker when I started playing on my laptop. All of my DD poker info was retained but I was 'signed out' of Herc's stats page. I can not now sign in and I can not re-register as my name is already registered. I can not even access my 'lost password' information. Any suggestions?
When I try to enter 'forgot password' with PJ I get time out error. Similar response when I try to log in as elmerbat which was my first log-in user name.
I do not see an account for "elmerbat" but there is one for PJ. I reset the password for the PJ Account, you should receive an e-mail with the new password.
I also fixed the error with the “Forgot My Password” link.
Thanks Herc - I can now log on BUT when I changed my password to something that I could remember, I could not log on again. I had to follow the 'forgotten password' link and get another new one, which again worked. I will just stay logged in as PJ.
